This week we make the assertion that you can drive from here to Hiwaii on one tank of gas in our coyote swap F150! The new tank is absolutely GIGANTIC or as the less hariy guy says GINORMIOUS. Thank you so much to OBS Chop Shop for sending us that tank and the skid plates. IT a biggin but we think it will work. Watch as we build a custom skid plate to protect that massive 38 gallon tank. Oh try not to get triggered with our all new Carolina Squatted OBS. Watch out for the wheel of death as the less bearded one shows you why it sucks. Also Jason attempts to be funny with some sort of fly boy lingo. Special guest appearances from another bearded guy who is unnecessarily tall.

I don't have 47k friends but keep doing what you're doing it'll happen but like everything good it's going to take a lot emphasis on a lot of work and patience i enjoy your videos I'm sure you'll get there!.

You can go with any 15 gal pump when you purchase the F26e Tank it comes with necessary parts to extend fuel unit. Since we are coyote swapping it we used a walbro pump and the napa sending unit below is the link. Thanks for comment and support. www.napaonline.com/en/p/FUPB0026H

No it is not off a bronco. The tank was never used in any ford application. It is part number f26e. We love it. Thanks for comment and support

Stock rear fuel tanks on these trucks are 19 gallon not 13.

We were talking about this. I was not aware they had any. Jason mentioned there had to be something to keep it from bouncing up. Seems he was right. No we dont have them. Guess we will have to make something work

Well I followed Gingium's link here as he was thanking you for the use of your shop. The point is (lol....I have "SQUIRREL!!!" syndrome) I'm glad I did! I have a 2003 Ford Ranger 2WD EDGE Ext Cab that I've had since 2005. At 163k, the stock 3.0's oil pump failed....just like the Oil Pressure gauge is a fail lol, As you probably know, it just tells you there's either pressure or not. Anyways, I've replaced the bottom end with a 11k mile (there is not a digit missing lol) 3.0 from a Taurus. This is a great way to go if you ever have Ranger that needs a 3.0. That longblock engine was $400 while a "Ranger" longblock was $900....and had 124k on it. Of course I converted the front wheel drive engine that was installed incorrectly aka horizontally....lol....putting new headgaskets and blah blah. I'm just letting you both know I'm KINDA mechanically ed-u-mee-katied.....and letting you know I'm in North GA. I'm pretty sure Gingium is in GA so I'm guessing/hoping yall are too. See, I'm ready to V-8 the Ranger. Veggies and all. Dad jokes for days....lol. I'm also tired of the Ranger's Coke can of a gas tank and love what you did with your tank situation here. Now I don't need one this big but is there an option? I haven't looked at how large the Exploder's tank size is but I'm guessing it would swap as everything else pretty much does. Honestly, I would love to get a little help by just getting your opinion and options. Also possibly the engine options. And I'm just hoping you know a little about the Ranger and whats out there for it. I know you can "LS" just about everything and OMG, it's actually a common swap for the Baja prerunner builds. Well, I like purity, and I want to go to Heaven, so no LS in the Ranger. Seriously, it looks like you both do some really nice "DIY-Plus" level videos. Thanks for putting up with my goofiness as I haven't slept.....12 screws in my spine keep me up, but hey, that's another story all together.

Well thanks for coming over brother. Thats crazy about the ranger. Obviously ls swapping it is the cheapest and fastest route. However there are some that coyote swap them so it is doable. There are a ton of facebook groups for coyote swapping. Several called coyote swap the world. Check them out. We are in the south atlanta area. Appreciate the support and keep getting after it.
