Beef liver isn't worthless. It has tons of protein and highly bioavailable forms of vitamins and minerals. Just don't eat too much or you can get vitamin A toxicity.

- Мы доели полную кастрюлю мяса говяжьей печени.. никогда так не ели.. я ел только такую рыбу раньше у меня не было говяжьей печени.. - Приготовь немного овощей что бы съесть с ней немного овощей.. съешь горячее блюдо из овощей и не много овощей.. все овощи выращены в домашних условиях и абсолютно не загрязняют окружающую среду. _ Это тоже действительно вкусно.. это отличная кастрюля.
