I think most people in the US don't really know what to think about Street food. I mean I don't blame them. There have been some unscrupulous food vendors but now it's so much better than it was. The food vendors in Korea are set up like flea market stalls. They don't move for the most part. You have a few trucks here and there but it's mostly like this. Best food you'll eat. If you go to korea. Do the street food. Fancy restaurants are good but the street food tops it My mom used to make me stuff like this but those little sandwich makers that you plug in, those are a good substitute for this stuff.

My stepfather actually works in this place called H Mart in Illinois. It’s like a mall that’s Asian culture and it has other little strip malls inside of them. They had all types of things onigiris and Korean nail salons and interesting foods and foreign banks…. Anyway, I went to drop off some paperwork to my stepfather, and I decided to explore the place. I found a business stand where they made a fish just like this. It was filled with Nutella and other types of sweets and frostings. It was actually really good. I got more hooked on Asian culture and decided to actually look up ingredients for Japanese food and Korean food and bought ingredients from there. I’ve actually fell so much in love with Asian cuisine that I’ve actually dated a Korean girl once. Even though the relationship did not last too long because of our cultural differences, she did teach me some very interesting food recipes, and I still make them to this day.

The winch will keep you from getting repetitive motion injuries in theory. 2 problems, one it only faces one way, and the other it is seems to be geared poorly so you have to crank the wheel too much.

Did you not watch the video? She's cooking this food in that metal mold...that is sitting over a fire....and fire is hot. That mold gets hot, so she hooks the cable up to it, and winches the lid open. She doesn't grab the metal mold, but pulls on the cable a bit once the lid is almost entirely opened by the winch
