It would add a lot to the video if ingredients were shown & names of each dish. Then I could go to a Korean restaurant & know what to order.

It does show the name of the dish if you hover your mouse over the bottom of the screen each time a new dish comes up. It doesn't show the ingredients though. We were guessing what some of the sauces were and what was in them. We could probably look up a recipe online for each dish fairly easily though.

Trust me it seems weird until you eat it and then you realise why. It’s fantastic and nowhere does fried chicken like the Koreans. It’s sweet, salty, rich with umami flavours and super crispy. I have not eaten chicken like it. The variation of the sauces is also amazing.

А то что там машины ездят , уличная пыль на всем том-это так скать "солим по вкусу"? У нас даже овощи не рекомендуют брать на уличных развалах, а тут готовят прям на улице-около оживленной магистрали.

It's probably kiwi sauce. A famous toast chain in Korea(issac toast) uses kiwi sauce. So, if it's green sauce on toast with cabbage like that, it's most likely kiwi sauce.

Would love to know what it is they are cooking. Some things I recognize, but others I have to guess at. Spent some time in Korea, and loved the food. I think they are some of the best gardeners in the world, the size and flavors of their veggies and fruits always amazed me.
