Giant Malamute Puppy Meets New Pack (Unseen Footage!!)

Hey! So we found this edit we had uploaded a while back. Teddy had only been with us a short while at this point, you can see the size difference now! He's playing with both Niko and Phil and you can see the difference in behaviours as the pack mentality develops. Niko wants to play but still asserts dominance while Phil looks in charge supervising from the side, he gets involved toward the end too.
Teddy is such a cute playful pup, he's so cuddly and likes to lick. He's also very clumsy as you can see in this video haha. It's so cute to watch all 3 play together, just Milo still to convince!

Going back in time was so much fun, Teddy was SO much smaller and his eye markings weren't prominent yet. Niko is precious playing MamaMute, showing Teddy how to behave while carefully watching over him. Phil is so chill as always, knowing he's always The Biggest Celebrity!

I love that Teddy never really seemed intimidated by Niko and Phil. When he runs away from them, it doesn’t appear to be in fear, he’s just playing with them. It’s like he was destined to be in that family. :)

Probly the benefit of him being a puppy. Teddy knows he can't push against Niko's assertiveness cause he's smaller by a long way, and Niko doens't feel like Teddy is threatening or challenging, because he's a puppy. Allows the relationship to build without pack dynamics getting in the way, which means there's no problems in the future.

Wow, now i can really see how much he has grown. He is such a beautiful dog, reminds me of my husky/ timber wolf Jim except he was black and white(like Niko, not sure if i am spelling her name right) with the bluest eyes. Great video as always. So much love all around.

Wow!! Husky/timber wolf. I bet he is a real beauty!! I've only met a dog once who was half wolf and he was huge! But he was so sweet and just wanted lots of attention and petting. :)

Linda when i saw him in a truck in a store parking lot he was there with his 6 brothers and sisters. I fell in love on the spot because i always wanted a husky. There were 2 grey ones like Phil and Teddy, and 3 red ones, and then there was my Jim who was black and white. He didn't play with everyone like the rest. He sat there scared in the corner with the hiccups. I knew i had to have him. The owners said they were half Malamute and they didn't know who the father was. I paid 20.00 and took my boy home. When i took him to the vet they told me he was a husky and that his father was no doubt a half timber wolf. I was shocked and a little nervous about it but we were already in love with him. We had Jim for 11 years before he passed away. He was an awesome dog, though many were afraid of him. He was a beauty and his eyes was such a piercing blue.He was huge and his back end sloped down just like a wolf. Every time i hear Phil, Niko, and Teddy howling it reminds me of Jim. We always made him howl like just like Shane and Emily. Thank you for commenting! Stay safe

He was lucky to have found a forever home with you :) I know how it feels to lose our furry kids and it hurts like hell but we have the memories with many that make you laugh because of something silly they did lol. We've got a few more days of 2020, so yay to that! I hope you have a happy and safe NY Eve and new year.
