DMS1983 My GSDs will dislodge the chain if it’s not secured with a clasp. They have observed me latch a thousand times. They learn! I know this because I have noticed the younger pup will sneak to the gate when my back is turned. They have learned better than me that I should use the clasp, dumb human! Forget about it!

Phil looks exactly like my Mal, Koty, did, right down to the alopecia and the almost 100% hairless tail. His showed in his last year of life. Also, when he blew his coat in Nov, it never grew back at all. While it could have been his alopecia, I have wondered if that part was his body telling us it was near time. He was born 06/29/98 and passed 3/01/2013 at 14yr 8mo. My second one, Kinou, born April 30, 2009, was same color (same lineage also) as Koty, but had different facial lines. Kinou suddenly and unexpectedly went down and could not get up on 6/13/2019. Within 3 hours he became fully incontinent, and passed comfortably wrapped in my arms at 3:23 p.m. Two of the hardest days of my life. I now have a Siberian Husky female. I developed a medical issue myself that makes the big guys too difficult, and now live the Mal life through your babies .... ,

I am the same with my pets, having had a few with special needs... it does make you more proactive than you would otherwise be. My worst fear would be to miss something and know my pet was suffering when I could have done something to help. It was good to see that others sometimes get it wrong, because it makes it OK for me to get it wrong too. Love the channel, and love your menagerie of hoomans and furfriends. xx

Have been watching your family off and on for awhile. I had a Malamute 45 yrs ago named Nieko. My Husband and I got back from our Honeymoon and picked up our 1st pup we had as a married couple he was such a wonderful beautiful boy. They are the cutest cuddly puppies much like Teddy looks. Not that all puppies aren’t cuties but Malamutes are just a big furry fluff ball. Thanks for the memories. Over the years our pups got less furry and smaller we now have 2 Cute Boston Terriers. Your family is wonderful.. Love to see Amelia and the LOVE she already has for the boys. Such a great gift for kids to have the LOVE of a pet Niko, Phil, Teddy and Milo just look at her as part of their Pack. Maybe leader of the pack. going to subscribe.. 😀
