Fantastic work, Brent! I recently finished a "resto-mod" on a vintage Great Planes CAP-21 .60, and they always turn out to be more work than you thought it would be. Very satisfying to bring one back to life though. Looking forward to the flight videos!

The elevator flutter on first flight? Incredibly flexible elevator torque arms. Noe has direct connection and servos in the stabs. No issues now :)
