I remember watching 'The Fit Show' with Milos around 15 years ago. That's what got me into training. And still training to this day. Thank you Uncle MIlos.

I wonder what the effect would be if you train like this a whole prep long every muscle group. It must be extremely muscle growth stimulating but also a little risky for injuries. I know Samson Dauda does perform superb on it and regan grimes too but damn

I thought you were only supposed to do 3 sets of 12 and that anything over that is junk sets.
