GIANT Shark Tows our Boat Backwards

In the episode of BlacktipH, I hooked a monster dusky shark and it tows our boat backward! Our journey started in Palm Beach, Florida, on a rental boat, and our goal was to catch big bonito and giant sharks. We caught several bonito and kept a few to use for shark bait. All of a sudden, a tagged sandbar shark showed up and started to eat our bonito. I grabbed this shark with my bare hands and tried to read the tag. Several hours later, I decided to try and catch a giant shark. Doing this alone was very tough, but I managed to harness in and get tight on the shark. He was pulling a ton of line with max drag, so much that he was towing the boat backward! I battled this shark for another twenty minutes before we could catch and release him safely.

Same for me I’m 12 and when I went to my grandmothers house in englewood Florida. I went on a charter boat and caught a 200 lb hammerhead. Here is a tip for you from Ireland. Take a plastic bucket and drill large holes in the bottom and in the side all around. Keep the lid. Place your chum bag inside the bucket and put the lid on. Hang this over the side of your boat instead of just the bare bag. Sharks will tear open your bag hanging on the side like that. Keeping the chum bag in the bucket protects the bag. You can shake the bucket or the bag inside periodically to keep your scent trail moving.
