kim if you still wanna make the rice in the pot this is how. you add your rice and add water just enough to cover the rice cook it for 10-15min and then fluffet the rice!

I make my spring rolls with vermicelli noodles, red leaf lettuce, cucumbers, shrimp, thin sliced beef, cilantro, mint, bean sprouts and sometimes add squid. 🤤 my favorite!! I boil water, add sugar, fish sauce and add it to minced garlic, lime and Thai chiles 🤤 That’s the way my dad taught us growing up. I didn’t really like the spring rolls in Vietnam though.
