GIANT Snapper CATCH Clean & COOK! Florida Keys Fishing!

We go snapper fishing out of Tavernier Creek in the Florida Keys and catch some giants! We fished with Captain Ryan of Good Karma Sportfishing and he put us on big mangrove snapper, yellowtail, and mutton snapper as well as, almaco jacks, grouper, and lots of sharks! I show you how to fillet a mangrove snapper and leave it on the half shell (which means leave the skin and scales on). Then I meet you in the kitchen to make grilled blackened Mangrove and Mutton snapper, baked Zucchini, rice pilaf, and finished with a cilantro lime cream sauce.

There are a lot of fishing sites on KZbin but Brook, yours is the best due to your very sophisticated filleting and above all, cooking. The meal.must have been fabulous. Lime and cilantro cream sauce💥. What a great idea. As I have all the ingredients in my fridge but no fish (temporary) I plan on making it tomorrow and have it with either humongous (16 to the pound) shrimp or chicken. Wish I could have seen the captains method of putting the sinker on the line. Really neat the way he took them off and you could crank the fish to the boat instead of handlining the last 20 feet or so. I am thinking maybe the sinker was held on by a rubber band. The man knows his stuff that's for sure.

Victor accidentally mixes up lids on spices. Victor is in big trouble. Brookie forgets to pre-heat oven. HMMM Victor I hope you spanked her bottom. LMAO I dehydrate spices and mushrooms. You can also use the stems of the cilantro. Many people just throw it out but there is more flavor in the stems.
