Just received your New ‪@RideGiantBicycles‬ Trance X Advanced Elite E+3 and need a quick run through of the different parts? We've got your back. We go through all the basics of this awesome bike so it doesn't matter if you were too busy thinking about all the awesome rides your going to do and forgot everything you were told about the bike in store!

Very great explanation dude, nice ebike, am thinking to give it a test soon 👍 What do you think of the motor ? Am used to Bosch motor, is it as good ? Thanks

Motor is really good. One benefit of it is that, where Bosch will peak at about 600w and hold it for a short time, this will go up to over 800w+ (I believe), and it can sustain it all the time, so it packs a punch. when running it at full power though, it does need a full power battery size, so the range extender is needed if you want to always use this as a full-power bike and get really good range. Dial it down a bit though (which is reasonable because of the light weight of it) and its range is great. I'm roughly 95kg, so am a bit of a drain on power for any bike though!

@wecycle384 I don't think I need an extended battery, I do around 20k to 35k maximum trails and never used full power, only emtb mode, the smart mode, plus I weigh 65k, I hope the suspension on this bike will be comfortable and no need to upgrade... thanks

Sorry can’t help you there - anything other than pedalling faster would void the warranty so not something we would recommend.

Hi. To turn it off hold down the power button on the top tube of the frame (the same button you use to turn it on) for a couple of seconds.
