Well congrats with the purchase of your Royal Enfield Himalayan! Excellent choice And just for your information: Another lady like you purchased a Royal Enfield Himalayan when she actually had barely any motorcycle experience and started riding across several parts of the world. Her name is Noraly and her channel is called: itchy boots. If you'd go see season 2 at itchy boots and if you're really inspired you could go see season 1 as well. Just keep in mind that in season 1 all of her skills, that is making good video's as well, well they were up for improvement. As we speak she still after years on the road, is going strong traveling the world per motorcycle. Now if you really are interested in what your Himalayan is capable of you really should go see season 2 and 1 of Itchy boots !

Touring bike floorboards can be moved forward with new brackets, Tall boys cycles 2” forward, 2” down and 2.5” in the heel. 1” forward Harley-Davidson Floorpans. Softbrake +3 pedal and extended shifters. Tall boy HDor Lepera dll seat, other manufacturers as well, Apehangers as well. You can’t have lower fairings or chopped engine guards with this setup.

My daughter is 6 feet, her first bike was a sportster, but she never felt good on that. Then i gave her my dyna, we installed forward controls and its the perfect bike for her! Lucky she doesnt wear high heels...(on the bike)

LOL You are much nicer to look at than Josh. My son has the same problem you have in regard to motorcycles; He is very tall 6'4" maybe 6-5. We had a hell of a time finding him a bike. We eventually got him a honda shadow and I put 6 inch forward control extensions on it. He still looks big on it but his knees aren't in his chest anymore.

I'm 6'3" (just shy of 6'5" in my riding boots) and I didn't want a rolling couch, but I looked and felt out of place on a Sporster. Until I found the right Sportster that sat a little higher, put me back a little further, had forward controls (that are like mids for me), and got the right tilt on the drag bars. Maybe don't shop for a bike in 2" platforms with 5" heels or the stilettoes? LOL Shop in what you'll be riding in. Great episode. :)

@@BlissfulEllie I figured you were just having fun. lol Sportsters are a great platform for mods. You can go tall on the suspension for relatively cheap and it doesn't throw off the geometry, so no turning issue. Seats and forward controls... Josh knows what ya need on the bike. Safety courses are worth every penny. Looking forward to seeing more on your journey.

A tall boy seat raises you two inches and moves you back two, used with forward controls and taller bars can be helpful for us taller riders. Good luck 😃

lol" Arthur use your words" 🤣🤣. cats i swear, 2 bits of food gone from their food bowl and they feel there is no food to be eaten lol. you do look good on a Pan A . sucks they cost more than my Nissan lol. i remember Josh saying the KLR maybe a good choice in his premiere. after looking at several other ADV bikes it does look like one of the better options if you want a new bike or used for the price. although....if you was to have Alex get you a Pan A from CoPart that has been in a slight fender bender , if you get lucky to win the auction, then you and Josh could fix the bike, make vids one the repair, you learn more about them. then you have a Pan A 😁👍. dont worry Josh has plenty of free time to fix a bike....lol. it would be cool though. i do think the rider modes and ABS a lot of bikes have now days are really good for any skill level of rider especially for new ones. i feel for you being in the cramped plane seats and im not as tall as you lol. good vid

Definitely the Pan American if you're looking to go Harley Davidson, otherwise shop metric bikes as they tend to stand taller. And furthermore there's nothing more dangerous than riding a bike that is uncomfortable and doesn't fit you.
