Gibbs has adopted...In a sense. Maybe not legally, but anyone who watches the show knows that he's adopted two sons (DiNozzo and McGee) and two daughters (Abby and Ziva). Even as early as the Season 3 premiere, losing Kate was like losing a family member for Gibbs and for that matter, many of the fans. That whole team has been so closely knit over ten seasons that they have helped to fill the void left by losing Shannon and Kelly. They ARE Gibbs' family, sentimentally speaking. :-)

It was from a charity cd released for a Dublin Children's hospital. The singer was not named, I just think it was a put together group. U2, The Corrs etc were also on the CD. Finally worked out how to get back to my own video and comment ;-)

I thought I was the only one to think that. I had automatically assumed it was him "dreaming" of him and Kelly together. One, because the NIS thing was true, and two, because of his hair (color). When they show a younger Gibbs, he has dark brown hair. Anyway, I was sure I was the only one to think it was a "What could have been..." type thing.
