We had Christmas in Gib last year. Fantastic!! Enjoyed it so much we've booked again for this year - same hotel The Eliott - the staff are lovely and the hotel is great. Thanks for the really helpful video.

Thanks for visiting Gibraltar Kevin. Brings back some great memories, our youngest son was born there 18 years ago when I was based there with the Royal Navy. I think a good place for you to visit soon would be Majorca. If you do go, try Santa Ponsa, we had a lovely holiday there 2 years ago. Lots of bars and restaurants and a couple of good Scottish bars with live entertainment, where us Welsh people were welcomed with open arms! We're holidaying in Playa De Las Americas in August so may see you there. Keep up the good work! Gerard and Julie.

Enjoyed the video, thanks. Good to see some of our favourite watering holes when we're in Gib. Prices in the yacht hotel would have been a bit higher than those you showed outside the bars and restaurants!

Thanks for the tour Kev 👍 my daughter got married on the sunborn yacht we stayed there for a week beautiful place definitely worth a visit. I made the mistake of exchanging my pounds for euros here in the uk 🤪 bit like you with the charger it is actually classed as the uk 🤷‍♂️😂 Love your vlogs mate keep up the good work 😉

I have some ex work colleagues who stay and work there. It’s become a bit of a tax dodge for gambling companies to register head office in Gibraltar and pay 10% tax rather than 20% in the UK.

I was lucky enough to stay in The Sunborn and I got married in the Rock Hotel. Gib holds a special place in my heart. Try Bruno’s in Ocean Village. It’s a lively place of a night time.

Are you sure the guy speaks English? As a Canadian I can say I’m getting about 30% of what he’s talking :) I thought OZies speak with an accent, but man, that’s something! Unless that’s a Gib Rock accent, then it makes sense :)
