They can dance but usually save it for the dance practice or line dance vids. They are more into music/vocals and personality, plus hard dancing and live vocals don't mix very well. They really shine during end of the year live stage shows and in concert.

You're close on the meaning of the song. The song is basically Soyoen showing off her 5 red diamonds, in other words, the other members on her team. We suspect the 5th diamond is Soojin who used to be part of the group. Soyeon wrote the verses for the other 4 members which basically talks about how awesome they are!

Hello Sean, I'm happy that you react to G-idle again, this song is one of my favorites, everyone has their moment to show themselves and in particular with a more hip hop style, Yuki's rap, it's time and I still haven't I overcome 😁 she slay, all oh them actually, Soyeon is a person with too much charisma, she is the one you commented on that transmits a lot of confidence.
