OmAr LiVeS Thats bc Chris was playing against Guile and not Du tendencies. Sometime just standing next to a Guile player is enough to make them flash kick, that's all he had to do, just block and take a throw if you have to and stop eating all that damage.

jjays otag actually no. As a guile player, any crouching normal can cancel out any flash kick that isnt an ex. The ex version is the only one that has true invincibility while the other 3 versions only have invincibility from frame 4-9 I believe :) even then, a blocked flash kick is the worst possible way to get yourself punished since it's crush counter punisheable.

Very true. I hate guile players.And everyone complains he has been nerfed. Also its very hard to play against guile with characters that do not have fireball power.

there are moves that are projectile immune like zangiefs lariat, those are good for closing gaps, plus guile is full of punishes.

Taimoor Mubashir Eh, no. If you're playing a character that can spam, like a shoto or Guile, just do what it takes to win. If they're good enough, they should be able to handle it. If not, well, don't they deserve to lose then? Spamming hadoukens or booms isn't without its risks btw. It takes a lot of space and distance mastery as it's very punishable. It can be boring to watch a player do nothing but spam though. Nuckledu is not one of them. It takes being the absolute best Guile to be able to beat Tokido and Daigo like he does.

Arcus, a technique called charg buffering is used. It's when you charge again before your attack is unleashed. In this case, when Du is hold back to charge, instead of pressing forward + P to sonic boom, he quickly goes forward+ back + P. This allows Du to charge again before even shoots his sonic boom.

this game sucks! the majority of this game requires internet connection. the story mode is kinda boring. practice mode is worthless....

SFV has one of the best practise modes in any fighting game. Its the first SF game to have a true story and its a game designed to be played in multiplayer, so its going to be mostly online.
