I cannot tell you how funny I find it that we have such similar tastes when it comes to music.Great choice of music! This song also has one of my fave music videos of all time, too, hahah. Anyway, moving onto the image. I love that sense of boundless joy you put here, along with such a lovely sense of movement.And I really dig your shading style. Btw, does your photoshop smooth your selections? I've tried this style of shading but my edges always turn out pixelated.

The shading was done with the lasso tool; I don't know if it will work on Gimp, I've never used that program.

@CherokeeWolf4HIM It's not a stupid question x3 Basically a fursona is an animal representation of yourself, a character you use to express yourself, etc. Generally you pick an animal you think matches your personality and create a design that you think is 'you" if that makes any sense.

@Nariathemoon It really just depends on the individual. Like me, I'm a generally solitary, quiet, watchful person. So I chose an animal that I felt fit that description (a bobcat). My friend Avy is more social and fun-loving so she chose a more social animal. Etc, etc. As far as color goes, it's really just something you have to keep trying at until you find something that fits you.

@FeralWolfSoul It's not a wolf, it's a hyena. And I use an Intuos3 tablet, but all tablets function the same and getting one specific kind will not magically make your art better.
