Delhi is dhaka of India, not london of India 😂 Don't judge a book by it's cover but Delhilites did this mistake in judging Keju.... But ground reality is that cities of gujrat are also not that good what you are thinking. Every indian cities have issues...during rainy season everything gets exposed... Gift City is quite a small area...foolish to call it as a proper city...SEZ will be the right word for it. We cant call BKC as a city...

India should build 100 planned cities. Mostly in coastal areas. You can introduce shipping and pipelines to that to create a huge industry.

It will take another 5-10 yrs for taking a proper shape...but it's good because good companies are investing. 2 AI data centres of Google & IBM will come up in this area. Major roadblock for investment ie. liquor ban has been lifted...that will push project fast... 30+ buildings currently at under construction phase comprising residential & comercial Towers, hospital, malls. Many things are still in planning stage like riverfront, entertainment zones.

Good to know Gift city growth. But PM's favours shouldn't be limited to Gift City or to Dholera City etc. projects in Gujarat. Andhra Pradesh doesn't have a proper capacity city till now. Now they are building much better and beautiful capital with all amenities. We're all gonna see whether PM would help them financially as he helps Gujarati projects.

If the locals keep electing stupid CM then what can the center do ? Why are the people so stupid ? They get disappointed with the performance of the current government so in their ego and arrogance and wanting to show the existing government a lesson they stupidly vote for an alternative government who they know will perform even worse as that government is crooked and corrupt!! You cannot fix stupid. CBN may not be perfect but he’s the best CM the country has right now. Stop experimenting with other power hungry leaders. Gujarat keeps moving forward as they least have the brains to keep electing bjp even though bjp is far from perfect after modi became pm BECAUSE they know the alternative is absolutely 100 times more useless. What would it take for the majority of the country to have this much sense that elections are about electing based on relative performance not absolute performance.

PM favours all states because he believes in India as a whole unlike some separatist mindset of an overgrown child. Gujarat seems like its favoured but the reality is Gujarat embraced privatisation of ports and energy much earlier than other states. So they have a first mover advantage

GIFT City project was started when Modi was still chief minister of Gujrat, plus Amravati in AP was going to be an up and coming new city even better than GIFT city and was directly endorsed and supported by Modi himself but due to government change in AP the project was completely halted by the state government itself. I believe CB Naidu is a very competent man and he will most definitely get the Amravati project completed. Gujrat is not favoured it's simply that the foundation for great projects to be done has already been created there due to a stable growth based government being in power for almost 25 years.

Odisha will become juggernaut under PM Modi and the BJP. Maharashtra is also booming with Vandhavan approval. Vandhavan will compete against Mumbai one day. These are pure BJP states. TDP is part of NDA and AP will also benefit from that. Vote directly for BJP for development.
