Turns out the boss battles and mechanics are amazing, though the puzzles are insanely hard XD Reminds me of the game "In Verbis virtus"... Has the single most awesome mechanic of one needed to actually say out the word to cast a spell... Sadly limited by its a bit buggy gameplay and because of that, one gets super hard puzzles...

I just finished this game 100%.All locks,blades,javelins,drills(P.S. The Astra`s sword and javelin are UBER cool)and all the upgrades(i had to farm a certain stage for a bit).Took me about 3 days(thanks to a weak flew) I liked this game a lot.My favorite characters were Astra Rahu and Ketu(aka Robot Girl and Kitty Drill).And the most difficul part for me was......the last puzzle before the final boss XD.You may laugh but it actually took me 3-4 hours and 2 packs of gummybears to figure that out. I am not a big fan of sidescrollers but i think i will start playing some more .Any suggestions for a newb like me? :3 I will start watching your channel too.Keep up the good work and dont get hit. +1UP SUBSCRIBER

Mahastra Tara's death was sad. Poor girl/thing never got a second chance like the other Astras got despite practically begging for one right before she expired and died alone. The fact that the other astras got a second chance (even Kadru, who remained as sociopathic as ever even after that) almost makes me wonder if a separate best ending was intended but they ran out of budget or something (as possibly indicated by the lack of cutscenes and re-using the bosses for the second half of the story.) EDIT: Oh, just researched more into the story. From the implications of her true identity throughout the game, I guess technically Mahastra Tara was kinda saved and got a second chance after all (....and a third chance and a fourth chance).

Still kinda sad that said version of her didn't get another chance though. On the other hand, above all the others, she really had kind of lost her mind. She also, while she seemed "attached to her memories of being a human" as one of the Astras put it, it was pretty obvious she didn't actually remember much of anything other than her motivations.

I wish there was a hardmode version of the Astra Sarama fight. I mean, yeah, it doesn't fit in the lore, and yes, the Tachyon Manipulator is floating over Mahastra Tara's head, and she does kind of float and teleport, but it really just isn't the same. I want a hardmode Astra Sarama Fight, even if it's a post-game extra feature or something. I also wish that the end-game save would allow you to go back and refight the bosses. Like, the rooms are even still there! A boss rush would be nice.

Honestly, looks like it could be fun but for the bosses, it looks far too easy to pick up debris, like every attack they do is blockable somehow or easily dodgeable. Then for the worm and angel one like very single attack they do gives you debris. And for Sarama she just stood around on floating objects while you hit her off, she actually attacked only a few times it looked like. I like the unique style, the story seems interesting, but the fights look boring sadly enough

I played the game, zero tits idk why you think that and it's one of the more original 2d games I played both story and gameplay. It isnt all bossfights outside of the bossfights it's a puzzle game for the most part. And I understand where you are coming from but play it first then you can say what it is :P
