I love your server reviews, they're very easy to follow, and kept varied with the B-roll. I love sth as well, but I find him hard to pay attention to sometimes.

I picked Z10 version of this chassis after one of Level1 videos and I love it. Use it with 4 x 2080Ti and AMD 7402P with 256GB of RAM and 10TB of NVME storage in total. It's a beast. Thanks Wendell :)

@@angelinocottoestrada5676 I've got one from my local supplier that had a connection to US distributor which have finally delivered. None where available in Europe to my knowledge.

Wendell, could you cover a more general linux home server setup and general topics to learn from making a home lab. I took your course on udemy but it felt like there were some jumps between steps. I've been learning to use linux but there are still some difficult projects to learn. Finished putting together a home nas but still a lot of figuring out software side. ZFS, VMs, other applications to run. Trying to learn enough to get an entry level position, maybe learn enough to become a low level admin.

Those PSUs are 12V only, right? That's why they can be so tiny

I just got approval for some server replacements... We use Dell and this time I got an epic, I wondered why the price was so good and now I know it's due to single socket, but 24 core is still better that the dual 6 cores I had before!

You could do some serious fun things with VMWare Horizon and a stack of GPUs in that. 1 Server 8 editors anyone? Just need to find a nice thin client that supports BLAST

Not sure if you'll see this, but I've been considering purchasing the HPE DL385 Gen 10 (non plus) with Epyc Rome installed, do you have any experience with HPE and their EPYC platforms? I can't seem to find any reviews of the server online.

Tech question, looking for a reliable EPYC server for a bare metal XDR project. Open to any suggestions more threads the better but everyone in our business hates Dell and uses HPE but looking for options. Thanks in advance

Most PSUs like that run with 4k or 5k RPM fans to keep up with the heat though. They sound like an angry F-16

This server cost 40K. you can do a cluster with 3 I may do a video on that later. JFK I could buy a piece of land to build a house on for that much. that's USD$120K/ AUD$154K!!
