I was amazed at how big the bedrooms, closets and bathrooms are! I expected them to be much smaller. But all the rooms are nice size! Love the pantry and counter/storage space in the kitchen! I also like where the entertainment wall is in the living room. It gives you much more room for seating this way. At least in my mind. I like the flooring as well. I think the only I would change, that would be “major” would be the island. I like the length, but would prefer cabinets all the way down, on the front and back as it is on the base island. And add the countertop extension toward the living room to put bar stools under. Other than that, sheet rock throughout and then the usual design-your-own choices that you normally pick anyway. The kitchen Id Beautiful.. Love the blue back splash..The bottom accent wall in the dining room is Gorgeous.. Great Designers and excellent floor plan..Room sizes are Absolutely perfect..This is actually one of the best Family (Double Wide)Homes I've seen yet..Casual but you could fix it up as a fancy boys but I like casual, relaxed and Cozy house.. 100%SpotOn for me..😃🌼☀🌻🌞😀

This is a Family home. Bedrooms are great size, children would diffently love growing up here. Parents, grandparent Love that bathrooms have storage space , and that pantry. Loved this.

I really like this home but I have to make some changes to it….. fireplace, gas stove, square the sinks, wooden shelving, add shelving to each closet and put in patio doors behind the table. And then paint each room. I know it’s not an expensive home but I can make it work for me with the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms….. Thank You for sharing this home Tim. 4 drawers in the kitchen isn't plenty of drawers, the lower cabinets need to be Drawers over doors style and the windows need to open in the kitchen and dining room.

That's one impressive house! I would have liked to have seen that brick panel used as a back splash in the kitchen and also maybe in the bathrooms as well. That last bedroom, I would have put the bathroom door in the bedroom, so it could be like 2 master bedrooms. Otherwise, great tour, and and awesome home.

Hey Timothy! This home was pretty cool, except for the long hallway! Thank God that there was no tight spot for the water closet! I just get claustrophobic in confined areas and I personally don't want to get choked out from my own stench, if you know what I mean! 😉 Anywho, thanks for the tour, but I think that the outside would look a whole lot better like a log cabin and a sliding glass door by the dining area! I'll see YOUR beautiful face in the next one! ~ Chris

I don't understand how a site build will have small 10 x 10 bedrooms and a manufactured home can have larger ones...but yet the industry still looks down on manufactured homes! I'd so rather have plenty of living space while saving a ton of money! My only pet peeve is I don't like the wall strips. But everything else is a Yes!!!

Nice house, but I’ll never understand why they almost never have a coat closet near the front entrance. Even in this one there are only three coat hooks in the utility room and very little space for boots and dirty shoes. Baffling.

Only one window on the back of the house, BAD. That means when the power goes out, hardly NO airflow at all. CHEAP WIRE racks, closets are not finished out all the way. ONLY 4 small kitchen drawers... This one's a NO.
