The exterior of the house is very attractive and impressive. Especially the landscaping! Beautiful! I feel the living room needs a fireplace however. The island I'm not impressed with I'd want a different design. The layout and the wood tones are beautiful. Stunning. I wouldn't make any other changes!! Love it. Thanks for the Walk through. Now if I could just have it delivered be great!!

Not crazy about this one. The outside is great but I don't like the finishes. No tub in the master and wire shelves. This one is pretty pricey too.

No way this home is $400,000.00+ with wire shelving….. very nice expensive curb appeal but no soaking tub…. Lose-lose for me. I would have to pay extra for what I want and it’s just not doable Tim Miss Teena 💎

LOVE the Living Rm, Dining Rm and Kitchen Floor NOT that UGLY Fad floors in Most. Too Expensive but it is a Modular which is the BEST, twin to Prefabs but a little better. Mobile homes are No Comparison, they are cheaper built.

Now, Timothy, this can't be a Modular Home 🏠🏡!! It looks like something out of a Movie 🎥🎥🍿🍿!! How versatile can this home 🏠🏡 be!! Just look at all of the rooms, the kitchen, the laundry room and the rest of this beautiful sweet house!! It has everything that you can need and want in a place to stay!! How Fantastic!! Modular homes ARE More like a REAL house. Mobile/manufactured homes can't compare to a Modular home. Prefab homes are sorta Twins to the Modular homes (both made in Factories for YOU, then shipped to your land. But Modular's are the Best, compared to prefab, and mobile/manufactured homes.

$450K is the SAME PRICE that we just sold, for our 3500 square foot traditional built house on 3/4 acre, in a gated neighborhood in one of the best school districts in town, so there’s no way that this manufactured home is worth that much! They must be marking it up way higher than it costs them to make it!
