Nahida is optional and can be deferred. Scara though is required. Not sure about the chasm.

There was no point. I doubt Azar wouldn't have ordered the capsules to be archived into the Akasha even if Nilou wasn't dancing outside the main gate. He was gonna do it eventually anyways, and that would've put Althaithams capsule in there as planned. Nilou, being the 'useless pacifistic princess' troupe in pretty much every war/mecha anime, did practically nothing for the entire questline except spend most of her screen time dirty dancing like some provocative hooker with all them weird AF POV camera shots towards the player. She's so redundant. Nothing more than pure wank bait.

It's kinda true though lol, there's a lot of people who play Genshin casually, who don't really care about building characters or the combat in general, they might not look a lot by interacting online, but that's because as casuals obviously they don't bring it up as much. Genshin clearly wants to cater to a larger fanbase and is afraid of introducing content that's too challenging and might upset those who aren't really into combat, which is understandable, but also kinda dumb as people who aren't interested will just ignore the difficult content, but since FOMO is always a preoccupation when it comes to gatcha games I also see why a vocal minority would be against the idea of adding it at all if there'll be rewards locked behind it.

I think it goes like this: 1. Story and Lore wise - Sumeru wins 2. Writing and storyboarding - Fontaine has it. Sumeru was kinda messy but it was so good. Fontaine on the other hand, felt like a movie where you start slowly then ended with a bang. You felt more accomplished (well I guess for me). That's why I prefer Fontaine more, but that doesn't invalidate how good Sumeru was

This might be a bit late, but the deletion of Rukhadevata from Irminsul actually has in-game consequences. After this quest is done all mentions of the previous dendro archon is deleted or changed in the lorebooks you can find in the game, even in those you've already collected.

As much as I love Furina Fontaine Archon Quest will never be able to beat Sumeru Archon Quest when it comes to story telling. Everything PEAKED at Sumeru. >Meta changed >Best OST >Best Archon Quests >Best Story Archon >Best Gameplay Archon I can't praise Sumeru patch enough. It's THAT good. Fontaine is good but not good enough when compared to Sumeru.
