Sadly my husband is a miner & his schedule is harsh, it's a 4 - 5 schedule & they put him on nights whenever, so he can be working on nights like a whole month then days. But he could be in charge & work a whole month with a 6-1 schedule 😅 it's so confusing unless your husband works it to. But I've had those before! They didn't really work for me, so we just recaulk the cracks.
