I hope it’s Hasbro doing something about all the leaks and both there channels are taken away! Bunch of you tubers fighting over content and pictures that none of them are supposed to have in the first place!!

​@@George-de6hdit isn't Hasbro. Hasbro uses these KZbinrs and Instagramers to leak photos. Diagnostik80 has long since said that they are given photos and intel and are instructed when the earliest time frame is that they can release or leak the data. Another channel said that Shark's channel was attacked by Diaper Island but that Swiper Island was closed down before he could keep his attacks up.

We, as a community need to rally together behind Artist Shark and tell him that we support him, and content creators like Analog Toys, LaserPants, Full Force Podcast need to come together against Diaper Island and show KZbin that Diaper Island has been stealing content from content creators like A Toy Kind of Mood Interview at the first SDCC event and has a history of doing that with other content creators. Artist Shark has always given credit, but Diaper Island has always been stealing content. Just look at what he did with the original movie cartoon of G I Joe. I have to admit, that I was part of probably many people who reported Diaper Island to Hasbro and KZbin for copyright infringement for posting the G I Joe cartoon movie without authorization from KZbin or even Hasbro. Diaper island is going to find out the hard way, if he continues to steal content creators work with KZbin. I made a video on my channel talking about not allowing embedding videos on my channel, and I have been doing it ever since, because I don’t trust Diaper Island from the beginning, but I am not going to recognize him or give him any attention on a video because of his childish behavior.

There’s some Joe centered channels that I don’t watch, just because their style of delivery doesn’t cater to me. There’s only one channel that I stopped watching due to unethical practices. It’s a shame that Shark News is getting caught up in this senseless drama.

@@TadashiYee The guy who ran VI had a clear issue with wanting to be the "biggest" GI Joe youtube channel and was always taking potshots at Shark. I also saw in another comment where you were saying what happened to the channels were the same and both are victims. One channel consistently took content from other creators and tried to pass it off as their own, even to the point of adding digital VI watermarks to other people's images. The other consistently told viewers where they got their information from. The two channels are not equivalents, so it's not hypocritical to view what happened to them differently.

@@B-ROCK5150 He currently has a video on KZbin that is basically about his narcissistic personality disorder and his mental state that is slandering others, and not just apologizing for his behavior and copyright strikes that he has yet to admit, along with his claim that he has been abused by “pathetic losers “. He has claimed that he made his older videos that were made private. This is why he is not accountable for his actions and his behavior, because he is acting like a child and trying to claim victim hood. Now Ironken 3000 is defending Viper Island, after making a hypocritical video weeks prior. SHARK built that channel up and it was all with hard work he always gave credit to who he sourced his info from and never claimed it as his own material. He is my go to for all Joe News and preorder info its his bread and butter the fact that he doesn't want to get caught up in all this drama and somehow got drawn into this crap is freakin unreal and totally unfair. That channel is his baby and to see it get potentially get shutdown and wiped clean from KZbin over false copyright strikes from some hater is some bullshit!!!

Stop spreading lies. VI never took down his own stuff. It's always by FORCE. Just as how he had to take down the Joe movie after Hasbro issued a cease & desist. I hate to comment either way… Vioer Island gave me a shout out once upon a time, but if he really is making false copyright strikes and taking channels down for no reason other than being petty, that is wrong in the worst way! Artist Shark is awesome… no one deserves to be treated that way!

Why is it that he has never shown who flagged him or why ? And why would you tube flag his channel if they didnt have reason to ? Futhermore he never attacted viper so i see no reason why he would flag him .

I personally doubt VI has any animosity towrds Shark, as Shark doesn't get into personalities. I think it's the 3POA clique opening the "stolen" unauthorized images/footage can of worms that triggered the often over-reacting YT algorithm. Much like how the whole "intended for kids" channel scare.

It’s not apparent to casuals or people who don’t watch their content, but it was obvious to many who do follow that they didn’t get along. Shark does know who flagged him, KZbin identifies the party in the strike. It’s his business to share that info openly though.

Shark is not much better than VI. He has used content that wasn’t his and continues to have his subscribers go after other channels instead of just publicly sharing who copyright struck him. Both KZbin and IG tell you who is striking you. Some say it’s so he can rebrand. Only he knows for sure.

I liked Shark until he also started deleting comments that were legitimately critical of content or his subscribers. He basically resorted to the same nonsense as Diaper Island was doing. It’s the opposite of the community imploding… It’s because the community is attracting new fans, and growing, that the competition between channels for views has gotten more heightened. This is just a result of all the negative talk between content creators, and fans. But ultimately, KZbin is not taking down videos, unless the videos violated some thing in their policy… also, they might get less scrutiny if their channels weren’t monetized.

Yes and no. Photos that are grabbed from other sources can't really be taken "ownership" of because 9 times out of 10, they never took those photos. That said, Swiper Island would take ENTIRE interviews the other creators filmed, crop out the creators and say that the interview was his. That's some grade A BS right there! Yes, I agree this isn't Classified new for collectors, but it is big news in the world of KZbinrs, like myself. People put a lot of work into their channels and making content for people to enjoy, so when someone is taking advantage of the systems on these platforms, it really sucks.

Hopefully they will take down more channels and the really talented content creators like Sentry, D amazing, folks who love toys and the hobby can get the attention they deserve and make it about the toys not about themselves.
