It's super important for him to have ankle swivel cause he has to turn both his feet outboard for him to walk in his flippers...for the GI Joe team to think about that shows how much they pay attention to detail...💯👌🏿

I personally think that they want every figure to be as poseable as possible But hey, If they did it for your reason, that's smart too.

@@TMan978 yeah cause the reason I say that is cause there are very lil figures in the classified line that have ankle swivel...thigh swivel is very common but not ankle.

Every single figure besides the snake eyes movie figs and Artic Storm Shadow have boot swivel. I'm not shocked they gave Torpedo ankle swivel. I'm more shocked they didn't cheap out because of his design.
