I hoped they would give at least 3 units worth. I was planning on doing Julius, Mimosa and Valkyrie or Lotus. I did Julius and that's it. Pretty disappointed with the wall at this stage. The pace at which new characters are introduced into global makes it so that we barely get any time to play with them before new units are introduced. And now we can't even take advantage of the 125 bonuses for our already built characters. Game getting pretty repetitive now personally

The thing that is important to keep in mind about gear grinding units is the buff actually affects your chances of getting the LR accessories with stupid drop rates like the magic attack/attack necklaces. So you pop your squad buff and use gear farming units then go to the weekly accessory limited challenges for a much better chance than before.

I think its not affecting the rate of accesories. Try to put food gear buff and it say’s it is useless so the game will turn it off automatically. I’m not sure though, accesories aren’t considered as a gear.

I was hoping it would be a bit more accessible I went and got Valkyrie to 125 and said cool time to wait for what gikku recommends next and now discovering that realistically as a f2p I can only get one more character up in 3 weeks (deciding between mimosa or yuno) and then thats kind it hoping they make it purchasable from raid shops later or just have more events that give it as a reward or make it more accessible and easier to farm in the next update cause this is rough I do agree that a patch of division between f2p and p2w is necessary cause I always place top 500 and then cant win a single match in upper league so Id be keen on making that division larger so I can stay in the lower leagues around the 500 area.

I'm still in upper league though I do select my opponent carefully upper league has taught me to become more patient in life but unlike u I only upgrade my units to 115 max and shared the rest the other ones I'm gonna save and keep but there's the issue of building a atk set

I just started the game and have only only ceremony magna (obviously not maxed), blue Zora, lotus, rhya, Vanessa, swim suit yuno Should I get magna up to 125 even if I don't have him maxed? He's my best dps by far even if he's not maxed.

Sucks that the new material is extremely grindy but i guess they gotta make the difference between p2w and f2p somehow, i hope they atleast increase the rates of it dropping in the future Also make ways to spend our shared mage pieces, i got like 55 saved for 125 just to be disappointed lol

I give up the game is actually really free to play friendly but you just can’t compete with players at all because in order to be better you have to increase sub stats, dupes, and other items that makes them better and it’s only accessible by spending money. You just can’t compete with with paid players it’s not even about skills, just stats. 😢

Honestly the JP/KR version of this was better. Since people had no limitations for upgrading characters. Just before the update i was top 200 in RTA now i will most likely not get into top 500. The Vanessa teams are so fricking toxic, no chance with my mono red team...

They also let P2W straight up buy two MATK/ATK necklaces now, one being the old type (10.56% at +0), and one more of the even better version (13.2% at +0). Game got super P2W with this update. Sure, it's a gacha, it'll always be inherently P2W, but this is ridiculous. They are literally selling the best gear in the shop for whales. That's pretty much the original textbook definition of P2W. The way I feel about BCM now, I will probably be dropping the game, I lost so much motivation to play lately with how they took the seasonal skill page out of the battle pass, and how it is increasingly getting more and more P2W. Game is going downhill. So disappointing. On the bright side for Brown Dust 2, the money I used to put into BCM every month if I quit will go there instead. Brown Dust 2 has not disappointed me even once. They deserve my money more than BCM does.

If they would have jist made it 15 a week instead of 5 for the FTP ppl then I think that would have made it a balanced power difference between FTP and PTW. Only getting 2 ppl to 125 in 3 weeks time sucks ass for FTP. If it were 15/week, then by week three we could have 6 ppl to 125 and FTP to 4 ppl. Not 4 and 2. I get it tho, and I do like the concept once we get past the first month I think.
