I do like this one, not so much for a knife knife, but definitely as a thrower. Speaking of throwers, yesterday was my birthday, and my folks gifted me a Woox Thunderbird throwing axe. I know nothing about it yet, but I can't wait to start throwing it.

Again, cool design. Wish Rambo had this in one of the movies. This might be a weird thing to say, but imagine if Gil Hibben designed a throwing knife off of his Hibben 4 machete.

With all this 3 cr 13 stuff goin on I decided to Google it, and I think it's the border line on the stainless steel...any less then it ain't grade stainless..I might be wrong but at least I tried to figure it out

if heat treated well, it can knife well

I think of 3 CR 13 as probably being about the same as 420, and we know what Buck can do with 420, so as usual it's really about the heat treat much more than it is about the steel.

@@DanielVBlades Yeah, but Buck uses 420HC and thats as different from 420 as 440A is from 440.
