Having them talking over the game is cool for banter and entertainment for the ppl at home, but sometimes what they're saying isn't whats happening on the court. Yo them talking about always being in the gym makes me miss highschool. I was in the gym as much as possible, getting better seemed like the only thing that mattered. I'm 5"11 and you couldn't tell me I wasn't going to the league. We used to shoot ball all day long. Anywhere that had a rim we was hoopin, sometimes multiple spots a day. I miss those days man, life was simple back then. Just hoops.

@1:04 Love it that's the move he did on Kobe essentially at home in Washington. Crossed baseline went middle. The first tween Kobe moved with Gil and shifted to his right (Gil's left), then Gil just went middle cause Smush wasn't at the nail. Interesting thing was that Gil picked up the ball early and took off early so Smush couldn't try to steal it. Gil's just a wizard in thinking about the game.

Just made the high school team and had been following Gilbert's career just because he seemed like a phenom that was progressively improving every year and getting better every single year and then that the game winners started. Man I would literally show dudes in class the highlights from Gilbert Arenas going off on some team and that is what started to drive me as I made the team in high school and started getting minutes.
