Gilda Buttà is an Italian pianist. After studying piano at "Giuseppe Verdi" Conservatory in Milan, she won the Franz Liszt Prize in 1976, and started a concert pianist career. She has recorded several film soundtracks, most notably that written by Academy award - winning composer Ennio Morricone for Giuseppe Tornatore's film The legend of 1900.
Aurelio Canonici, Italian composer, conductor and pianist, has performed his music in Italy, Germany, Spain, Poland, Austria, Hungary and Turkey. Some of his musical compositions were recorded in 2010 on the CD “Open Dialogues for Emotional Melodies” (Edizioni Musicali Rai Trade). "Rai Trade" Publishing has also recently released the CD, “Orchestral Movements”. In October 2013 the music publisher GDM released the CD “Landscapes” with orchestral pieces by Aurelio Canonici. He has composed for Italian television channel Rai 1 the soundtrack for “La Valigia con lo Spago” (“The Roped Suitcase”), “Musulmani Europei” (“European Muslims” - “Rai Trade” Publishing), and for Rai 2 "Spaghetti Western in the Water".
