Gildedguy Gets Up - Origin Story #0 & #1 (Full Animation) REACTION |

Here is lore. Gilded guy was born in a what seems like a self functioning city, which means they needed no trade and essentially did all the work themselves. They were completely blocked from the outside world. In the beginning gilded is choosing what he wants to be, the main choices being a leader like his father, a painter or to run away which was always shunned upon. At first gilded guy thinks he will become a painter, then feels like leaving and starts imagining himself outside. When his father comes in it snaps him back to reality and his father clearly wants him to be a leader. Gilded is about to choose leader but decided a to become a painter which he also does love. His father is disappointed but respects the decision and is glad he didn’t choose to run. Through the song and dance part is just gilded realizing he wants to be an adventurer. He resists his dad. In the final couple scenes you see his father look around at the city. He’s basically asking gilded look at all this what more could you ask for?? Gilded looks up at the green pentastar, representing his hope and ambition (see story number 5) and basically says to his dad, “don’t you see??” His dad looks and doesn’t understand but when he looks in gildeds eyes he can see the star (his hope and ambition) shining through. He lets him go.

The turquoise star in the sky is the dream he is pursuing then one day he said “fuck it, I’m outta here” His dad couldn’t see it which also explain why he wasn’t allowed to leave but he believed in his son and let him chases wathever he was searthing for If you or anyone has any questions

Basically u didnt get the story he dreamed of being a gold armor guy adventuring around the world and thats why he painted about his dreams all night ans slept at day he shouldnt have gotten his salary cuz he didnt work thats why he was sad while his boss gaved it secretly to him and he was sick and tired of the work he thought he will not achieve his dreams this way and thats why he left to start his golden journey
