I love how the whole fight can be summed up to having a hard life/choice talk with your father, like boss-guy is totally Gildedguy's father who wants to have him inherit his position as the big boss (see the chair with a wrapped gift next to his at the start/the helmet just like his/the gold coins having him teaching Gildedguy since little?) cuz he knows if Gildedguy follows in the family business it'll never have to struggle in life/it'll be the most economic safe route. BUT OUR GUY'S LOCKED INTO HIS DREAM! His path is a risky one but is also a life worth livning since he be doing what he LOVES and damned be the consequences! Also that's totally why Boss guy/his Father can't see the star, dude's already comfy in life, he doesn't understand our guy's mindset, but like all good Fathers still supports him in the end and wishes him the best even if it's not what he planned out for him.
