Everything runs perfectly but want a Lil more top speed...it’s only for just over 900miles on it so it might just that the engine hasn’t fully worn in yet..I get 68 mph from it bt need a lil more kick from her ..what do you suggest I should do next,get a main jet or carb,rollers,clutch change?

Fitzroy Lindsay for now bud don’t Wait till it’s run it to500 miles and don’t open it up for long while running in or you will damage the piston Top 68 is good bud as most new bikes do 65 to 67 mph so keep with it bud Mark

hiya mark just fitted a new top end on my speedfight 2 now when i go to start the bike and give it throttle the light comes on it tries to fire over but just wont, my head bolts are only hand tight could this be the problem dose the head not being tight enough effect compression or do you have any ideas got a clean carb with fuel getting to it, healthy spark, just stuck for ideas ...thanks

I can't seem to set the carb set up right if I full throttle she bogs down carb is all clean it has a 65 jet tied a 50 jet still the same that's the best number of turn on the screws when I play with the screws she will rev high

it should be higher than that bud 70 odd and 3 half turns mate , I had one with a 85 jet and wow did it go lol

Hi mark, I have a Gilera DNA and I’m looking for the cdi box, I’ve got the seat and side panels off but can’t find it. Can you send me some indication of where it is?? Thanks

IT'S been a while since I worked on one but it might be under the fake tank as if you have taken the seat and rear panels off and its not there really is only a few other places it can be lol take it you have no spark then bud, you may also check power from the stator , you will need a volt meter I do have a few other videos on the DNA you might like to watch please like and sub mark

got a stalker 50cc working perfect then all of a sudden wouldnt start kick completley jammed wont turn over on electric start and headlights wont work any ideas guys??

headlights normally only come on when started so forget about that for the moment , it sounds like piston failure it it's jammed poss due to heat seize, did you run out of 2t oil or did the pipe fall out , does it kick over? maybe take off the engine cover and check belt/ variator system as they can jam too. start taking things off like in my videos they should help as most things are the same/. mark
