If you want United India you need to ensure that migration from other states to PoK and GB is open so that a particular community doesn't start separatism. We need to do this mass migration in J&K also, so that it normalizes the idea that there is country that we are part of that's India among the people of J&K, GB and PoK (soon to be J&K)
