For your info correction : Hunza is a District, and Nagar(valley) is another District, on one side of the river HUNZA is located, and NAGAR is on the other side of the river. there are more than 20 villages in Nagar Valley, similarly in Hunza Valley. Minapin is a village in Nagar while Gulmit is a village in Hunza. Popular places in Nagar are Rakaposhi peak and view point, Hopper Glacier and view point, Minapin/Pissan natural cricket stadium near Rakaposhi, Rush Lake. Popular Places in Hunza are Ataabad Lake and Altit/Baltit Forts in its Karimabad town.

Emil you have to first cross Afghanistan. Pakistan and Tajikistan doesn't share a border. And trust me it's risky.
