For those that don’t understand, this area is virtually paper thin. Think of a two lane parkway and on the south side of the strip are mostly public beaches and on the northside it’s mostly summer residences that are cutoff to public access. So if you sat in traffic and look left and right you would see water without an issue just from sitting in your car. It’s eroding fast and the rich love it there. (Oh and usually state troopers hide in the medians where there are bushes or on the north side lol)
