Maybe not. The guy was organized and methodical. He could have been preparing his shack for the attacks since he had plenty of time when his family was away, like wrapping the room in a plastic sheet so there are no splashes or hairs and anything else that could be used as a convicting evidence after the crime. I expect him to have buried more victims in more remote locations like around his second home after the first bodies were uncovered.

He was allegedly committing these crimes when is wife was out of town. They're going to be establishing her movements, and checking to see if any disappearances occurred at times when she was away from home, people who haven't been found. I very much doubt we know the full extent of his crimes. Criminals like this generally don't just stop of their own accord.

If you read the bail hearing document they have conclusive evidence of a lot of incriminating things. That his wife was out of town. That the victims cells were near his location every time. That he used his burner phone on his own home wifi address to make perverted searches. I think he's a lazy person, living in a house like a pack rat, burying bodies 30 mins from his home. Methodical yes, careful, not so much- lazy. They will find more evidence, either physical items or DNA.
@mjremy2605 Жыл бұрын
I have a feeling this goes back to his 30's. The first body was killed in 1993 when he was 39. There has to be many more. Any psychopath who is vicious enough to taunt family members using the phone of his victims, telling them how he killed them and tortured them, is not going to stop killing, and has been killing for a long time to get to this point. He enjoys the pain his actions cause. So glad he is caught and will pay for his crimes. Good job NYPD, LIPD!!

He never really stopped, he just got more organized and methodical. I just find it hard to believe that serial killer's wives don't suspect their husbands of foul play. I guess if they are truly blind to sociopaths or psychopaths they accept any excuse their husband gives for things that may seem "off" to them when they ask. I just know (when I was married) I knew where my husband was every hour, except when he was on assignment with the military. He would call me constantly if we were not with each other, so I never lost touch with him. Not that everyone would call but most people know where their spouse is and what he's doing everyday. I guess some wives are just ding dongs and have no critical thinking skills to question things. I don't know.

1:17 "Any time somebody has that type of arsenal we have concerns". This is what I never understand. Human beings have two hands. You cannot use 200 firearms at the same time. Having one ar-15 or even one semi-automatic pistol with spare mags and ammo makes a person potentially deadly if they choose to use the firearm for harming people. Going from one to 200 firearms does not cause the person's level of dangerousness to increase linearly and I'd say it may not increase it at all. What harm can you do with two firearms that you cannot do with one? Yet reporters regularly say this kind of stuff, and now even a police commissioner...

200 guns ??? That's insane. And he is not the only one with many many guns and riffles there in the U.S In my country,The Netherlands 🇳🇱, wich is not perfect at all, but there is not one law that will give anyone a licence for more than 1 gun,and thats also not a guarantee for peaceful mindsets by some people,but it's a start. By not give someone more than 1 or 2 guns permission.

@@SQ773 I’ve commented before. And so what if this were the first time I’ve commented on something? No disrespect for your country. I love your bicycle culture and I think what is happening with your farmers is unjust. I don’t think you understand why the 2nd amendment is part of the U.S. constitution. P.S. I don’t own any guns and I don’t like guns, but I’m also not naive. It’s nice to know my neighbors have some to share if the need ever were to arise.

So he was a serious gun collector amassing a private arsenal because of its historical value or precision manufacture? GET REAL. He will stand trial for at least the brutal slaying of defenceless women, for his sick perverse gratification! He is NOT one of the nice guys. Look at yourself while you are at it.

Hoarding guns is an OCD, it's an obsession. And it wouldn't be the first time a violent psycho killer was found to have an arsenal of weapons hidden away. It's what turns those creeps on.
