Due to a FALSE copyright claim done by scammers, I had to remove my video of Ghost In The Shell here on KZbin. ''They have used the theme of Ghost In The Shell and incorporated it into their song and now claim the copyright (..) While the real copyright holder remain silent.'' Yeah, the plagiarism is real. I've experienced this three times now and only resisted their claims after you advised me to a while back. It happened with the soundtracks of Cyberpunk 2077 and Bloodsport specifically some time ago. They often use a small ambient part of the original music in their own.. creations and then claim the original works as their own. I wrote to KZbin: ''One10% has no affiliation with Paul Hertzog and was not involved in the creation of the track 'Flashback Montage' of the Bloodsport's soundtrack. By the looks of it, he or she is claiming the rights to music they don't own or created.'' If you did not advise to me resist these claims, I wouldn't have, so thank you! After a week or two, KZbin removed their claims on the specific tracks thankfully. (There's another one - ''Frank Dux from Maiselph''. He's also claiming the rights to Flashback Montage.) Anyway, the weird thing is, at least for me, that KZbin makes it several times more difficult and risky for me to say: Hey this guy is stealing! - Than they do in preventing people from claiming the rights to something they don't own. There's a lot more seriousness, and hoops to jump through, for the accuser, than the actual perpetrator. And quite possibly worse, their claims are not entirely removed! Upload Flashback Montage now and you will see One10% and Maiselph still claiming the right to Paul Hertzog's work. (Just checked it.) So yes, we can counter their claims, present verifiable proof that they are committing plagiarism but at best their claims are only removed from that one clip. All in all, it's incredibly dishonest and sneaky and so far they are getting away with it. Anyway, I appreciate everything you do - I'm a huge fan - and thank you for guiding us through these unfortunate circumstances.

@@HiddenbyLeaves Hello. Thanks for the feedback. I have no news from this, I have contacted everyone possible, nobody seem to care or even have the real copyright to this. They all say "it's not me, it's them". I contacted the Japanese companies, some have replied (again "it's not me") but they don't seem to care at all... On my last "ping pong" attempt, it appeared to be owned by "Universal Music Publishing LLC". I received an automated response promising me to get back to me but they never did.
