I hope they don't you can't remake a movie like this they'll focus too much on forcing the character to be too much like the original Al Pacino character of Tony and his attitude or they'll try to force him to be even crazier than the original tony Wich wil probably result in it not being realistic enough it'll I think if they remake this film it won't feel like the 80's because they'll try and indoctrinate the 21st century culture in it trying to make it "woke" and what not just to push their agenda 🙄 I mean it was a different time back then and I don't think they'll be able to make it authentic enough to make it believable

Nice! This song has always been neglected...when the film was first released the bass drum in the intro theme was so "thumpy" it was like a disco in the theater, it really rattled your ribs and it was awesome. Then they "remastered" it and re-released it in theaters/dvd in 2003 and someone chose to cut all the bass out (and obviously the song is incomplete in the movie). Nice to see some reconstruction going on for those of us who really like this one!

Same, was also one of the first bits of music I learned to play on keyboard too, the looks from the music teacher when she likes it, and you tell her its from a film called Scarface, different era, these day's my parents probably would have been in trouble or something 😆. All started when I walked in on my stepdad watching Aliens when I got home from school and had never seen anything like it, eventually we watched all his VHS movies together, great memories!

watched scarface for the first time last week at 15, my new favorite movie, from rags to riches. I feel like what makes this movie so great is the characters and how they all have different morals, tony is a very ambitious, insertive, bold man, and elvira is a woman who wants to be with the best, only runs with the best. Dad took me to see this movie in 1983 when I was 15 years old and I remember at the intermission (they had those back then) when we were at the concession stand he asked me if I had heard enough f words and didn't I want to go home. My reply, "you fuckin kiddin me or what?" As we both grew older Dad always said Al Pacino should have won Best Actor for his role as Tony Montana. Thank you Daddy for the buttered popcorn and big Dr. Pepper and allowing me to fall in love with the movies in 1975. "JAWS"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
