This is what happens when you wear too many hats and don’t delegate tasks to other people. If your job is to be on air talent in a live stream setting, you need to have other people taking care of other tasks. Main one, someone other than you being the point of contact for outside matters. The police/ no one else should’ve even been in the position to keep popping in and bother you with progress reports while you’re running a live stream. This is what happens when we as black people be so excited to get all those tickets sales, but don’t actually handle the logistics of a large event like this. It already tells me the whole situation could’ve been managed much better and a lot was lacking.
