Gimbal walk without the couching ninja technique ( for beginners )

This video is a demonstration of the gimbal walk I used to prevent the walking bounce...
I have bad knees to crouch and walk... So I stand up straight and walk mini steps only using my knees to make tiny strides not the whole length of my leg...
I hope this method helps beginners and that anyone who is learning this stuff can use this method as it means you can walk for long distances without getting tired...
