This is my favourite place to visit! My lovely husband took me there quite a few times and we both loved it. Driving from SW Devon in early autumn is a pleasure (less tourists and traffic). There is a lovely place to get Cornish pastry just before you start walking toward the castle. Lots of great memories! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

The Old Post office is a brilliant place to look around in, it’s old and rickety of course..but fascinating. I love being in Cornwall and proud to call it home.

Yet another lovely village with character, so many places to eat in Main Street ,the national trust buildings roof had me wandering, how they fix a leak with such a wavy roof, would love to root round that Bricabrac shop, makes you want to be there, great vid again

What a fantastic video, gave me a good insight to what to see and where things are, I would absolutely love to see a video of a walk from Camelot Castle to Tintagel Castle, to see how far, steep it is, can't wait to go this year, thank you for sharing this fab video, loved it.

Lovely village. A lot of history there it seems. Love the old crusty buildings! There's a shop or two I would love to take a gander in! Thanks for another fun walk! :)

Thankfully we used to visit Tintagel in the 60s and 70s, a time when the village's truer character could be seen; the days when 'Billy' boy used to drive his cattle down the street from field to farm.

I could picture the farmer herding his cattle. Fairly contained in the narrow streets and the lovely looking buildings.

What a beautiful town. Thanks for this. That King Arthur museum looks like it used to be a Masonic temple. Noisy, stinky Harleys. Remind me why some people seem to like them.

We’ve watched your recent walks but not commented as we’ve never visited the recent places, until this one. Our 49th wedding anniversary was last Thursday, September 23rd. our honeymoon was a tour round the West Country using recommended hotels my parents had stayed in previously that summer. September 23rd. was in a local weeks holiday called Honley Feast, it had the added advantage that it was half way through the tax year and you could then claim back a full year’s tax from the previous April, as canny Yorkshire folk my parents, my wife’s parents and several aunts and uncles also married on the 23rd and 24th of September. We visited Tintagel and I have a photo of the old rickerty Post Office exactly like the one you had in your video, I seem to think back then it was the Museum of Witchcraft or something to do with the Green Man but memory fades over the years, I did try and enlarge my photo but as it was from 35 mm slide film and before the digital age the signs were unreadable.
