In my opinion The Gin Blossoms should be the Kings of 90s Pop Rock for sure ...

I'm really impressed by the tambourine playing of all things: 16th grooves, 8th grooves, and backbeats on 2 and 4 - it's really in time.

I wish I understood all that.

Me too, and it's kind of a signature sound on a lot their songs.

I love these guys so much. Come back to NC. They’re the main reason I picked up a guitar and pursued music .

It's not until you hear a live acoustic version of an artist..that you can see they can ACTUALLY sing..for real.😏. He sounds better without all that production stuff..in my humble opinion. ..I LOVE this version of their song. Such a sweet, romantic song.😍.

I'm a big fan of Playing For Change - Song Around the World on KZbin. The organization that teaches music education to kids in 20 or more countries that has street musicians, "Buskers" and famous musicians like Ringo Star, Robbie Robertson, members of the Grateful Dead, Carlos Santana, Jimmy Buffet, et al. I think the Gin Blossoms should do a couple of their songs on PFC. Their songs are known around the world. PFC videos are the same song but the musicians are in many countries but not playing at the same time. They all are wearing headphones while listening to tracks laid down by the other musicians! Many have kids, choirs, and all kinds of different instruments and different languages all mixed perfectly, both the audio and video. You'll see instruments you've never seen before but the guitar is universal. Jesse could be at his home, Robin at his house and Bill Leen in Apache Junction along with kids in Tempe and singers in a dozen other countries around the world. Even a few at the Grand Canyon or the Meteor Crater! ... estar bien señor.

Uploaded a cover of hey jealousy today, although not lasting past 2 hits in Australia I believe they are just as important as bands like counting crows and matchbox 20 to the alternative rock/pop scene 👍🏼⭐️🎙😎🔥📻
