As foreigner living in Philippines for time being. I just liked her when Pres. Duterte got her in his team. Strangely, I was sad when I heard she passed away, like I lost a sister, but happy same time for her that she is now with Father in heaven and 'Rest in Peace', no more in this messy and unfair world.
