Ginault Ocean rover 2 Better than a Rolex?

Today we have a serious heavy hitter the Ginault Ocean Rover 2. This watch hits so much higher than its Price point. Like if Pacio fought Tyson and somehow got the KO Higher. This watch easily rivals the big boys and at 10% the cost it's the Rolex that Rolex should make but won't. This Super Homage has taken all the best features of past submariners and offered them all in one watch!

Outstanding watch. I own the Ginault Silent Service and ORV2 and love them both. No need and or desire for a Rolex with these in my collection. Great review!

I own both the OR2 ans the Silent Service. Ginault really builds amazing high quality watches that can rival the major swiss brands at 1/10 thr price. Good customer service too.

Same here when I ordered it, it was by far the most expensive watch I had ever bought. I went to browse watches in the Omega store the other day and ended up buying the new speedmaster though. 😖 Still waiting in the silent service to be finished. Hope it comes soon. Been about 14 weeks now.

A lot to like about this Rolex homage. But...as you mention, nexplicable the amount of script placed on the dial of the watch which really subtracts from the watch aesthetic. What in the world were they thinking? A shame because so many aspects of the watch are so good. IMHO a better watch at his price point would be the Sinn 104 and there are others like Cronos V3 of the Rolex Sub which are much lower cost and still 'decent' quality. Thanks Kitty.

No. This is the OR2. The OR did not come with the ceramic bezel, nor did it come with the upgraded bracelet and bezel action.
