Disney won't allow drag queens in their big movies. Look at their LGBT representation. Their target for box office movies are conservative families. They don't want issues with distribution and censorship in other countries. For example, Pixar's 'Onward' banned in several Mideast countries over lesbian reference. Disney's live action 'Beauty and the Beast' is banned in Kuwait for its 'gay moment'. In Kuwait, censors have pulled the movie from all theaters, and in a rural corner of Alabama, a drive-in theater has banned the film. As an gay person, I do really want some drag queen to play Ursula in the live action The Little Mermaid but I know that if they do, then several countries will ban the movie because they included drag queen in it.
