Not sure how much independence such a country would have being a member state of the EU, or the UN (for that matter).... Probably not worth even caring about.

Enjoying your take on Ireland. It has been described as like a saucer - flat and boggy in the middle with the mountains round the edges. You need to head further west on another trip, explore Donegal or Kerry (beyond Killarney). I’m Irish living in Perthshire so seeing things from the opposite direction. Fife is the hidden kingdom! Keep up the excellent vids, just watched Ben Lawers 😂😮

I will definitely return in summertime when it's less boggy and wet and explore the west coast.
