Everyone has an opinion and some feel they need to share it with everyone, even when no one is asking. Whether clothes are used or new, I wash everything before I use it. If anyone has concerns, they should take care of it themselves.

The Tigger costume is vintage! My son wore that exact one when he was a baby and he’s 20 now. I sold it on eBay way back then for good money. We had bought is used for only a couple dollars.

I did actually keep 2 of them to list myself! I took the gray color ones to Plato’s and they bought those! Honestly the Abercrombie I do have listed though hasn’t been selling quickly I’m not sure why.

I saw somewhere that eBay requires sellers to wash all used clothes and you have to post a disclosure in your listings that you followed the rule. *It's under their rules.

I have heard of this. We believe it’s just to cover themselves in any weird scenarios but it’s impossible to enforce & we will not be following this rule.

I also saw this just a couple of days ago and it said eBay can suspend your store if your reported for not doing it

@@Appalachiangirlie the rule isn’t new it’s been around for many many years. We are wiling to accept any consequences for not following a rule but it’s never actually going to happen. eBay exists to make money. They would have to shut down almost everyone’s account 😆

@@Lemonade_Stand_ we've has this conversation on our lives before and found that most people do not actually wash their bins or thrift finds. I think if people want to wash them thats great I just do not see the point (unless they are obviously smelly or dirty). The health thing is subjective to me because even when buying clothes new from anywhere we don't know how they have been stored or where they have traveled from. Bugs don't just exist around old used clothing, I saw plenty of bugs while working at Gap and Aeropostale.
