great to see you back ! hope the kitchen has made good progress! I wash anything that says hand wash only on a wool or delicates wash with a wool liquid often reduce the spin speed and temperature as my washing machine defaults to 40°C on wool which seems a bit high, if it doesn't survive it didn't cost a lot since I very rarely buy myself anything new anymore!

Put the sweater in a laundry bag and put in the machine on delicate. It should come out fine.
